If you'd like initials or a certain design please ask and we will discuss price and requirements with you.
1. We suggest you forward your shoes to us as this ensures the correct heel height and size or item of your choice.
2. A Confirmation Email covering all details of your order will be forwarded to you.
3. Once you are happy with your Confirmation, we request you send your shoes to us at your earliest convenience along with 50% deposit ..total payable when finished and ready to ship to you.
5. Upon receipt of your shoes we will keep you up to date with our progress and email you pictures as we work on your item.
6. Once ready, your balance will become payable and your shoes will be returned.
