Orders can take up to 5 days to dispatch ... may be a lot quicker than this.

THESE ITEMS ARE SEALED, SAFE TO DRINK FROM AND WASHABLE. A CARE NOTE IS PROVIDED WITH ALL ORDERS.

Can I drink from glasses?  Yes, we use a non toxic sealant so they are safe to drink from unless you have an allergy to glue/latex.
Can glasses be washed?  Yes, they should be hand washed only in lukewarm water.  Do not use harsh scourers and do not allow to stand in water for any length of time.
Delivery times?  As these glasses are hand made, delivery will be within 5-7 days from payment. Unless special arrangement.

How long will my order take?

We aim to dispatch all orders within 4 weeks, but it’s usually sooner depending on demand. For urgent orders please inbox us for availability for a last minute slot.

 

Do you deliver?

Yes, we have teamed up with UK Mail to deliver our parcels, postage is £5 per order and will be delivered next working day once your order is custom made, you will receive an email once collected from us with tracking information.

All deliveries will need to be signed for.

 

Can I Collect my order?

Yes, we are based in Banbury, Oxfordshire where you are more than welcome to collect them if you are local, but we do offer a courier service for customers who wish for their orders to be posted.

 

Are your products for display only?

No, the products can be used as the glitter is sealed in with a waterproof protector.

 

Will the glitter fall off?

As long as the glasses are washed properly (hand washed in Luke warm water) the glitter will not fall off. Please do not use any harsh chemicals or abrasive sponged to clean the glasses as this may damage the glitter surface.

 

Can they be put in the dishwasher?

We recommend washing your glasses in luke warm water, so do not advise putting them in the dishwasher.

 

Do my glasses come boxed?

We will post them out packaged well in a cardboard box. Single gift boxes are available to purchase for an additional fee.

 

Are the glasses safe?

Yes, our glues, sealers are waterproof and safe, the glitter is also non-toxic. As long as the correct care is taken your glasses won’t get damaged.

 

I’m allergic to Glue, what glue do you use?

We suggest not purchasing these products, as there are many layers or different glues and sealers on the finished product
